Doctor Tampa sat back, proud of the work he had recently accomplished. Finally, he has an endless supply of fresh 18-year-old female specimens! They are all his to examine and use in any way he deemed “medically” fit. He uses his research university and the media to his advantage. He has managed to hype up a new medical condition called "Sexual Deviance Disorder” also known as S.D.D. Much like hysteria, it is not an actual disease and there's no real cure. Doctor Tampa and his colleagues knew this but were still going to convince people it was real. Treatment for such a disease was absolutely necessary! The public was panicking and parents consulted their doctors, who sent their daughters to facilities for treatment. The court systems started diagnosing patients with S.D.D and sending them to his facilities. There was a surplus of women and he couldn't have been happier! He was more than ready to reap the benefits of these vulnerable sexual deviants.
